Our services are carried out by fully certified and insured yoga teachers with wide knowledge and experience in yoga. All our yoga teachers are members of Yoga Alliance Professionals.

We offer a confidential, friendly, open and nurturing approach to each client. Private Individual Yoga Sessions

Private Group Yoga Sessions

Our private group sessions are aimed at couples and small groups of individuals (partners, family members, work colleagues, and others). In these small group sessions, we aim to deal with common issues, goals, and aims (e.g. relaxation, improvement in flexibility and strength, improved balance, stress release) shared by all members of the group. Private Group Yoga Sessions (2 people minimum)

1 hour session: £40 per person

1 hour 30 min session: £60 per person

Our sessions are available across Elmbridge, including: Weybridge, Walton On Thames, Cobham, Claygate, and Thames Ditton.

Please call us to discuss the most convenient location for you. Home visits are possible in certain cases. There will be a small additional surcharge based on your location.

Are Yoga Sessions Suitable for You?

We advise all of our clients with any medical conditions or pregnant women to visit their GP and consult them regarding starting Yoga sessions. This will help your GP monitor you more closely and adjust your medication/treatment should it need any adjustment. Informing us of any conditions will also help us to be aware of your particular needs.

Prior to the initial yoga session with us, we will ask you to fill the Initial Interview Form where we will ask you to give your medical details and other general information. This information will help us determine whether our yoga sessions are suitable for you, and assist us in tailoring the sessions according to your needs.

MinorsWe do ask that minors are accompanied by their parent or guardian. We would also ask you to bring a confirmation letter from your parent or guardian confirming that your parent or guardian is aware of you taking sound therapy sessions.

Contradictions and Limitations
  • Pregnancy: If you are pregnant, please, inform us before the initial yoga session. We ask you to visit your GP and inform him/her you are starting yoga sessions prior to the initial session with us. We would also ask you to bring a letter from your GP that will tell us that your GP is aware of you taking yoga sessions.
  • Medications/Medical Conditions/Serious health issues: if you have any medical conditions, have a history of serious health issues (including mental health issues, operations, medical procedures, seizures, implants, special needs), or have any concerns regarding your health and well-being, we ask you to inform us prior to the initial session. We also ask that you visit your GP and inform them regarding your intention to start yoga sessions. We would also ask you to bring a letter from your GP that will tell us that your GP is aware of you taking yoga sessions. Those who need regular injections/medications are advised to bring any relevant medications to the treatment session. Clients with diabetes are also asked to carry their blood testing kit and some food containing glucose.
Before the Session

After confirming the session with a member of our team (please, fill in the contact form in order to book a session) and before the initial yoga session, we kindly ask our clients to fill in the initial interview form which contains contact, as well as medical information. It will help us to better understand the individual needs and requirements of each client, as well as target our treatments for specific conditions. It will also allow us to determine whether our yoga sessions are suitable for you.

We recommend all clients to wear comfortable clothes during the session which will allow you to get deeper into the postures and also induce relaxation.

We advise you to eat light prior to the session (two or more hours prior to the session is best). We also recommend drinking plenty of water after the session, just as you would after a deep massage session.

During the Session

In every of our sessions we try to cover a few key elements of Hatha yoga:

  • Asanas – physical postures. The selection of asanas will depend on personal needs, preferences, and medical history.
  • Pranayama – techniques and exercises (usually in the form of breathing exercises) aimed at extending one’s life force. Will will choose those according to your needs.
  • Mudras and Bandhas – gestures and locks aimed at redirecting the energy generated during asanas practice back into the body.
  • Kriyas – cleansing teachniques.

We also sometimes include meditation (guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, Transcendental Meditation, Agapa Japa, and others) and chanting, depending on one’s preferences and needs.

After the Session

After the yoga session, we will give you an opportunity to ask any questions and give feedback. We will email you a feedback form – this is designed to help you with future sessions and also provides an opportunity to let us know how we can serve you better.  We could also talk about the format of the following lessons in case you would like to continue with the lessons.

We will provide you with exercises – asanas, pranayama, and others – that you can do at home as part of your own yoga practice.

We would advise you to rest well and drink plenty of water after the session. If you would like to discuss any sensations arising after the yoga session, you are always welcome to contact us – we will be happy to help you!

Refund Policy
  • CancellationPlease, kindly acknowledge that we fully refund our sessions not later than 48 hours before the scheduled time of the session. Those who cancel at least 24 hours in advance will receive 50% refund. We do not refund sessions cancelled later than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the session.
  • ReschedulingIf you would like to change the date of the session, please, kindly contact us not less than 48 hours before the scheduled session time.
