Last Saturday on May the 7th we had our second gong bath in one of the Elmbridge Community Centres in Cobham. We were very pleased to see our old as well as newly made friends, and also share the wonderful gong experience with like-minded people! We received lot’s of very positive feedback, a common feeling reported by those attending our events is a sensation like “floating or levitating”, I know from personal experience, the sound of the gong can make me feel very relaxed and I feel lighter than normal. If you think about the English expression, “it feels like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders” this might put this sensation into context for you.

Thank you all for coming and for your nice comments and suggestions – we made a note of all of them and will take them into account for our future events in the hope to make our gong baths an even more enjoyable and comfortable experience.
