New Year’s Eve Special Event, Heather Farm. Welcome in the New Year with like-minded company and deep relaxation.

We are very excited to announce our long-awaited plan to run an all-night Gong Bath! New Year’s Eve felt like the perfect time to offer an all-night gong session. An all-night Gong Bath provides an opportunity to let go of the old and welcome in the new energies of the New Year.

We will start with some optional gentle and restorative yoga followed by a cleansing Gong Bath with Cacao. There will be time for herbal tea and a chat as the New Year approaches. Once we have celebrated the arrival of 2019, you will be invited to lay down to fall asleep or meditate.

We hope you will gain feelings of deep release and serenity from immersing the body in relaxing sound waves for a prolonged period.

Simply put. By relaxing and opening the body before enjoying the Cacao and Gong, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a potentially deeper experience.

About Cacao Ceremony with Gong
This event will combine the benefits of a cacao ceremony with a gong bath, facilitating the feeling of relaxation and heart-opening, but also helping you get rid of things that no longer serve you, cleanse and purify your body and mind, and realign you with your true self.

Cacao is considered a powerful medicine helping to open the heart and re-connect with our true self. In combination with a gong bath, we expect it to be a very relaxing, profound experience.

About Gong Baths
Gong Baths work on the principle that muscular tension and stuck emotions have a frequency, if the gong matches or stimulates physical tensions and stuck emotions, it has the potential to release. Each session is a deeply personal experience, and as a result, we can never predict how each session will impact participants, at the very least, we expect guests to feel more relaxed afterwards.

What To Bring

Bring inflatable mattresses, duvets, pillows and anything else you need to get comfortable. We want you to relax deeply and be serenaded by the gong while you sleep soundly. We are confident you will awaken to a new YOU for the New Year!

Snacks, water and something for breakfast.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Please, be aware that by signing up and paying for your ticket, as well as coming to the event and paying there, you confirm you have read and agreed to our TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Minors: Please, be aware our sound events are aimed at adults due to the profound nature of sound therapy. We ask that 16 and 17 years olds are accompanied by adults (guardians or parents), and we will need a written consent letter from their parent/guardian. We can not admit anyone younger than 16 years old (sorry!).

Medical conditions/prescribed medications/pregnancy: We advise those in the first trimester of pregnancy to abstain from our events. If you are pregnant, please, inform us before the event. If you have any medical conditions, are on a prescribed medication, are pregnant, or have any concerns, please, see your GP and inform him/her about attending our sessions, this will allow your GP to give appropriate advice. If you currently experience or have a history of serious health issues (including mental health issues, operations, medical procedures, seizures, implants, special needs), please, inform us before the event.
Cacao can potentially conflict with Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs), which are a widely used type of antidepressant medication, if you are taking this medication please consult with your doctor before signing up.

Allergies: if you have any food allergies, or think you might have a cacao or nut allergy, please, see your GP before the event to check if this event is suitable for you.
