Yoga, Gong & Cacao Ceremony with Gong

The ticket combines three sessions.
Yoga 10.30am to 11.30am
Gong bath 11.45am to 12.45
Cacao ceremony with gong 1.45pm to 3.45pm
We advise you to bring a packed lunch to have in a lunch break. Harry Edwards Healing Sanctuary has beautiful grounds where you can have a beautiful relaxing picnic. We will provide organic herbal tea in the lunch break, as well as at the end of all three sessions at 3.45pm.

About Yoga
Trained in India, we are teaching traditional Himalayan style yoga. Yoga is a balance between mind, body, and spirit. Our yoga practices combine all three elements – physical workout in the form of yoga postures; exercises to extend vital force (also known as prana or chi/ki) – pranayama; and spiritual practices – in the form of mantra repetition and concentration on internal states of consciousness throughout the practice.
About Sound Baths
Sound therapy is a unique type of experience. We all have busy lives, rushing from here to there, generally feeling there is never enough time to do everything. The intention behind our sessions is to give you a welcome break from feeling this way. Our sound experience is designed to provide you with a profound sense of relaxation. We hope you will feel as we do, and experience a beautiful tranquil feeling. Guests at our events report feeling much calmer after the sound experience.
About Cacao Ceremony with Gong
This event will combine the benefits of a cacao ceremony with a gong bath, facilitating the feeling of relaxation and heart-opening, but also helping you get rid of things that no longer serve you, cleanse and purify your body and mind, and realign you with your true self, helping a smooth transition into colder, darker months to come.
Cacao is considered a powerful medicine helping to open the heart and re-connect with our true self. In combination with a gong bath, we expect it to be a very relaxing, profound experience.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
We kindly ask anyone attending the event to read our TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Please, be aware that by clicking “RSVP YES” and paying for your ticket, as well as coming to the event and paying there, you confirm you have read and agreed to our TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Minors: Please, be aware our sound events are aimed at adults due to the profound nature of sound therapy. We ask that 16 and 17 years olds are accompanied by adults (guardians or parents), and we will need a written consent letter from their parent/guardian. We can not admit anyone younger than 16 years old (sorry!).
Medical conditions/prescribed medications/pregnancy: We advise those in the first trimester of pregnancy to abstain from our events. If you are pregnant, please, inform us before the event. If you have any medical conditions, are on a prescribed medication, are pregnant, or have any concerns, please, see your GP and inform him/her about attending our sound therapy sessions, this will allow your GP to give appropriate advice. If you currently experience or have a history of serious health issues (including mental health issues, operations, medical procedures, seizures, implants, special needs), please, inform us before the event.
Cacao can potentially conflict with Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), which are a are a widely used type of antidepressant medication, if you are taking this medication please consult with your doctor before signing up.
Allergies: if you have any food allergies, or think you might have a cacao or nut allergy, please, see your GP before the event to check if this event is suitable for you.
