This summer, Surrey Wildlife Trust is doing a 30 Days Wild challenge to “Feel happier, healthier and more connected to nature”. Starting on the 1st of June and ending on the 30th of June 2016, there will be acts of “wildness” all around England – it could be seconds, minutes, or even hours showing different activities in nature, and the importance of nature in our lives.
Holistic Healing Therapy accepts the challenge – throughout the whole month of June we will publish our “wild” acts in nature in hope to promote greater awareness about nature, its benefits for health and wellbeing and, indeed, its vital role in our lives.
If you would like to challenge yourself for 30 (or even more!) days of wilderness and reconnection with nature, there is still time to join! You can do it by following the link and clicking “Sign me up now!” here http://www.surreywildlifetrust.org/30dayswild. You can also “thunderclap” https://www.thunderclap.it/projects/39990-30-days-wild?locale=en the challenge, and twit about it to raise the awareness. If you blog about your “wild” June, your challenges might be posted on the life feed of posts on Surrey Wildlife Trust website http://www.surreywildlifetrust.org/. If you blog about the challenge, you also get a chance to win a competition, and you will also be sent lots of helpful graphics to customise your blog – you can see the examples of them when we blog about the 30 Days Wild challenge! Also when you join, they post or send you electronically the “starter” pack which is full of inspirational and helpful tips for going “wild”!
We are very excited to start the challenge, and hope you can also join us to become a bit more reconnected to nature and the environment! #30DaysWild
