Sound Therapy is designed to help release built up stress and tension. From our experience, the majority of people have no idea how stress builds up in the body, without a release valve, stress continues to build up and can turn a previously calm person into a very tense individual. The aim of sound therapy is to give you a timeout, to act as the release valve by gently removing tension in the body and mind. We have received some wonderful feedback from people attending our sessions; attendees report feeling much calmer, some have also reported the easing of muscle aches and pains.
Results vary for each individual. The science behind sound therapy indicates where we should expect to see improvement, including:
- Increased well-being in daily life
- Physical relaxation
- Decreased stress
- Emotional relaxation
- Pain and tension management
- Stress management
- Concentration skills
- Decreased physical pain and tension
- Increased inner peace
- Increased self-reflection
- Increased coping skills
