Weather conditions Hopefully, as we have chosen late April for this retreat, we will have warm sunny days, however, you need to be prepared for wet weather as well.

Clothing advice: Bring along a selection of clothing for sunny and overcast days, including sweaters and wet weather jackets, and comfortable outdoor clothing. We ask that you bring Hiking boots as the site has rough terrain and could be muddy. Sun hats, sunscreen and sunglasses are also recommended. Walking sticks are also recommended for those that require them.

We often receive inquiries about the suitability of our retreats for mature people and the fitness levels required to attend. We have a wide spread of ages joining us, quite often from 20 to 80 years old. Please, have in mind there will be a good amount of walking involved. We will not be covering a large distance. The longest walk is the Friday afternoon introductory session.

You may also wish to bring any vitamins or dietary supplements that you normally use at home.
