Yoga Nidra is sometimes translated as “yogic sleep”. The main aim of the class is to stay as focused at the instructions given as possible, not falling asleep. Yoga Nidra is the practice of pratyahara – a state just before meditation where sense withdrawal and internalization of all senses occurs. If practiced correctly, Yoga Nidra can help you feel relaxed, revitalized, de-stressed, and energized.
